Future Redevelopment

Harbor Island West Marina

The planning, design, and entitlement for a potential redevelopment of Harbor Island West Marina has been an ongoing process for several years. The final conceptual approval and initial permit could be issued by the end of 2022. As a prelude to what has been in the works, we have included several architect’s renderings of the future marina. If all goes well, when the dust settles, the new finished marina will include all new docks, fuel dock, building, landside amenities and a spacious pedestrian promenade along the waterfront. Actual construction is anticipated to commence in early 2024.

Some improvements will include:

  • 620 slips ranging from 20’ – 140’
  • Fuel Dock
  • 16,000 square feet of building space for boater services, commercial and retail services
  • 380 Parking Spaces
  • Dedicated public parking spaces
  • Swimming pool, spa, and recreation area
  • Boaters lounge, lockers, and shower rooms
  • Public viewing deck and waterfront promenade
  • Yacht Broker/Dealers, Boating Club, Deli/Café
  • EV Charging Stations

Marina Office Location
The Harbor Island West Marina Office is located around the corner from the Deli and next to the pool over looking the marina. 

The Marina Office is open 7 days a week:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
