Future Redevelopment

Harbor Island West Marina

Our project received final approval from the Port of San Diego at the end of 2023. Planning, design, and entitlement have been ongoing for several years. As a prelude to what has been in the works, we have included several architect’s renderings of the future marina. When the dust settles, the newly finished marina will include all new docks, a fuel dock, a building, landside amenities, and a spacious pedestrian promenade along the waterfront. Construction is anticipated to commence in January 2025.

Some improvements will include:

• 620 slips ranging from 20’ – 140’
• Fuel Dock
• 16,000 square feet of building space for boater services, commercial and retail services
• 380 Parking Spaces
• Dedicated public parking spaces
• Swimming pool, spa, and recreation area
• Boaters lounge, lockers, and shower rooms
• Public viewing deck and waterfront promenade
• Yacht Broker/Dealers, Boating Club, Deli/Café
• EV Charging Stations
